Yarra Yarra was a busy show for us this year as always! Brenda went to ride two client horses…the mighty little Trevor and the tall, dark and handsome Nova. Maya also had her very first show with Dandy!
Dandy and Maya knocked it out of the park in their Training Level Test 3. They earned an awesome 69.8% and a 1st place in a solid sized class in their very first test together! Wowza! Well done. They wrapped up two other good tests of 66.379% and 64.800% (also at Training) for a really excellent first show together. This pair has a bright future!
Brenda brought Nova out again for another pass for qualifications and to get more show experience under his belt. He’s qualified for Championships at 3rd level. He earned a couple of blue ribbons for his efforts and three good scores. We’re looking forward to seeing what he can do as he develops more and gets more experience being out and about. He’s a special guy.
All hail the conquering hero! Here comes the mighty Trevor! Trevor just missed on getting All Breeds done at PSG a couple years ago due to a hoof issue…so instead of continuing with I1 this year…he’s going down a level to fill that hole in his resume. He earned two super scores towards that goal this year with 2 blue ribbons to show that, yes…he’s absolutely got this. Looking forward to the rest of the year with him.
