The show season has wrapped up and it’s pretty quiet around here at Beare Equestrian…gottcha! It has absolutely not slowed down. The year isn’t over yet! Ha! Lots of things going on these next several weeks.
Chloe & Fable and Mia & Dandy thought it would be fun to go to a Hunter/Jumper show on October 20th to get some more jumping experience at shows with their ponies…and it was fun! However we (as dressage and eventing people who like our schedules) are not used to the waiting around with no idea what time anyone is riding thing that the hunter/jumpers like to do. HA!
Both pairs did fantastic, with Chloe trying her first hunter classes (and deciding hunters was not her thing) and Mia going around the jumpers with ease and getting two second place ribbons.
There was some good learning for both girls and the ponies had a great time!
