BEST Instructor Sophie Tice went to Woodside with her own horse Viva and with BEST horse Wesley.
Wesley was being shown Open Novice to prep him for sale due to his owner moving across the country for college, and he did not disappoint. They landed in 2nd place (of 25 entrants) after a beautiful dressage test (26.9). They had an unlucky rail in show jumping, but easily had a double clean cross country to end up in 7th out of 25 entrants in the class on a final score of 30.9. Sophie did a beautiful job showing barn favorite Wes. Thank you!
Sophie and her own horse she has been training up the levels Viva went out at Open Modified and finished 2nd out of 18 entrants! Excellent job! A 29.1 in dressage (another beautiful test!), 1.6 time faults on CC, and clear show jumping ended them on another super score of 30.7.
We absolutely love having such a talented rider and lovely person on the team!
