A week late, but BEST ventured up to Woodbridge ag

A week late, but BEST ventured up to Woodbridge again and the weather couldn't' have been more different than a couple weeks ago! Rain! In June!Fritz and Anna went to get some extra dressage practice and earned two super scores at Training Level.Brenda and Trevor went out again at 4th level for two more good (and consistent) scores towards trying for another All Breeds win this year.It was a great show and we're looking forward to the next one!#TeamBEST

We had such a blast at @wssevents’s one day. With the weather projected to be 105 in the afternoon, Keila’s team did an incredible job getting everyone in and out before it got too hot. Very late Woodside post! So much fun to see the new xc courses. Thanks @woodsidehorsepark for having us! An extra special thanks to @alexandre.devoucoux.ca for the best saddles 🤩Amelia M and Lucky had a fabulous weekend at BN, just adding some time to their score for having a little too much fun on xc!Lauren and Tiny finished on their dressage score in their first show together and Tiny’s 2nd event ever!Amy and Kaz had their best dressage ever and minus a baby moment on xc had exceptional progress all around. Can’t wait to watch them move up very soonJacy and Bo really improved their dressage and stadium. Just a little time xc on the new course but super impressed with their progress as a team!Kinley and Wes put in a solid dressage test in their first training together followed by a flawless double clean xcAnd lastly Amelia K and Pluto came along as a non comp to see how the show environment was and they did fabulous. Team BEST took two trailer loads of horses up for the Marin Chapter Show this year and we had a great day! All riders had scores over 60% for all of their rides, we had beautiful weather, we each made steps to our yearly goals and lots of learnings were had!

We were treated to a beautiful day at Yarra Yarra for the May show!
Bianca made her show debut with her new partner Dandy at 1st level with two qualifying scores. This pair has only been together for a couple of months after an unexpected change of horses and Bianca is doing fantastic with him! We are excited to watch them grow as a team this season!Unfortunately Melisse wasn’t feeling well and had to scratch her rides with Briggan, but Briggan still got to have one test with Brenda at 1st level with a solid result as he continues to develop his dressage skills.Brenda and Trevor were able to make their 4th level debut for another go at All Breeds after winning for the last many years together. Both tests were solid qualifying scores and a great result out at the first time at a very hard level. We’re so proud of this little guy!

We had just one rider that made the trip up for April Dressage Derby, and Jess and Quinn made the best of it!Jess had a fantastic ride for a blue ribbon in the dressage seat equitation class for a 73%! Well done!She and Quinn did two Training Level tests as well for some excellent scores of 68.103% and 65.69% for a 1st and a 2nd place!We are so excited to watch this team develop! They're a great match!

It was great to be out showing again after having the EVH quarantine! We had some great highlights including Kinley finishing 4th in the junior novice! Congrats! Anna and Fritz had they’re best stadium round yet with all the pieces coming together. Due to a Heath issue (he’s fine now), Bagel wasn’t able to make it to the show but Sydney was able to take Tam instead! She did a fabulous job on a horse she rode for the first time on Thursday before the show! Can’t wait for Woodside!Extra special thanks to @barbietildenroth for lending us the super pony for the weekend 💕
